|2||Earth Nut Burgers (We Recommend Original Flavor Veggie Burger)|
|1/2||1/4 inch Thick-Sliced Onion|
|2||Slices of Cheddar Cheese|
- Cook 2 Earth Nut Burgers in a non-stick skillet for about two mins on each side then set aside.
- Add sliced onions to the same pan and cook until golden brown 2-3 mins on each side. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Cook eggs in the same skillet until they are no longer runny.
- Place Earth Nut Burgers on the 2 bottom buns.
- Top with egg, cooked onions, and cheese.
- Lightly mash your burger and place back in the pan for 1 min on each side.
- Enjoy your Bo Burger!
