  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 large, sweet potato, cubed and cooked

  • ¼ cup black beans

  • ¼ cup sweet yellow corn

  • ¼ cup sprouts

  • 1 handful spinach

  • ½ large avocado

  • Tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ lime

  • Salt and pepper to taste
