Earth Nut Garden Veggie Burger

Quick and easy sandwich, piled high with fresh veggies, sprouts, and an Earth Nut Original burger for a protein boost!

Ingredients: 

1Earth Nut Original Burger
1Avocado
1Carrot
1Thinly Sliced Cucumber
1Heirloom Tomato
1Spinach
1TBS Dill Mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Toast your bread.
  2. Slice tomato, cucumber, avocado, and carrots.
  3. Spread dill mayonnaise or hummus on both sides of bread.
  4. Layer your veggies between the two slices, Enjoy!
