Five Reasons to Try Earth Nut Burgers

We don’t use any scientific methods or lab-created ingredients when creating Earth Nut burgers. Our flavors are naturally formed using only organic ingredients and by making one patty at a time. We use runner peanuts, chickpeas, and spices to create a hearty, earthy, and full-flavored taste, with a distinctive umami flavor. We offer three different flavors and breakfast sausage.

3 – Soy-Free

With conflicting reports about the health benefits of soy, we decided to take a different approach to our protein source. We use peanuts instead of soy or pea protein because of their abundance of health benefits. Unlike soy, peanuts contain fewer carbohydrates and sugar. They contain 10 times more Vitamin E than soy and are also higher in Vitamin B3. Peanuts are naturally packed with protein and come with the bonus of healthful nutrients, such as antioxidants, iron, magnesium, and fiber. Vegans and especially vegan athletes love our burger because it’s packed with protein and low in carbohydrates. And the majority of fats in peanuts are heart-healthy mono- and polyunsaturated fats, which can help lower “bad” LDL cholesterol.

4 – Gluten-Free

Earth Nut veggie burgers are gluten-free to give those with gluten allergies or celiac disease a delicious healthy option. Finding an all-natural veggie burger can be a challenge since many of the meat substitute products on the market use wheat gluten as a primary ingredient. Our products are made on a dedicated gluten-free production line, and in a facility that does not process gluten ingredients.

Our products are made in the USA. We source our peanuts from Georgia, where we lovingly keep an eye on our peanuts. Peanuts are nature’s zero-waste plant and have the smallest carbon footprint of any nut. The Peanut Institute referenced, that half of Americans said it’s important that their food be produced sustainably. Growing peanuts have a less negative impact on the environment, as they replenish the soil with nitrogen – supplying up to 90% of their nitrogen.
